Refund Policy

Should you be dissatisfied with Prox Devices® product in the form of devices and/or firmware ("Product"), the original retail purchaser of the Product may return all Product purchased in the original transaction, in its original condition and packaging, within thirty (30) days of the date of sale by the original retail purchaser to receive a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note this policy applies only to Products purchased directly from Prox Devices and Products purchased on Prox Devices' Amazon merchant account. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the Prox Devices One-Year Warranty.

Request a Refund

If Product was purchased through Amazon, requesting a refund must occur through the Amazon platform.  Amazon return guidelines will apply.

If Product was purchased directly from Prox Devices, requesting a refund may occur if less than thirty (30) days has elapsed from original date of purchase, and the order is returned in good condition with the original packaging.  If returning the Product directly to Prox Devices:

If support is required, contact Prox Devices Customer Support prior to returning any Product to Prox Devices.  If Technical Support determines that the Product needs to be assessed by Prox Devices, you will be supplied instructions.

Note: Prox Devices can only accept returns for orders placed directly with Prox Devices or its Amazon merchant account.  If the Product is purchased through another party (such as a third-party Amazon merchant or other retailer), please contact that seller directly for refund instructions.
