Nomophobia is complicated
This is a complicated subject because there is a fine line between whether an individual is suffering from an addiction or if they are suffering from an anxiety relating to the separation. There is even the case of having no bars (WiFi connection) or having an uncharged phone; both leading to anxiety and eventual panic attacks.
