Prox Devices® and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, associates, and agents do not accept or consider unsolicited idea submissions, including, but not limited to, those relating to intellectual property, products, advertising campaigns, music, lyrics, slogans, promotions, services, product names, technologies, marketing ideas, business plans, sales plans, creative materials, proposals, or offers to adopt, analyze, or license intellectual property.

Terms of Idea Submission

You agree that Prox Devices has no obligation to: i) review or consider any submission; ii) compensate you for any submission; or iii) treat any submission as confidential or proprietary.  Also, any submission immediately becomes the property of Prox Devices to be used for any purpose and without restriction or compensation to you.

You further agree that making a submission does not create any type of employment relationship, independent contractor relationship, or contractual relationship between you and Prox Devices.

Product Feedback

Prox Devices welcomes your feedback on our exciting products and services, such as User Manual changes, bug reporting, and feature requests.  However, any ideas submitted under the guise of product feedback are subject to the foregoing Terms of Idea Submission.
